- What temperature has the pool & spa if we pay the additional heating fee?
- Pool reaches 89F and Spa 102F. Remember if heating fee is not paid, spa will not be heated. It is run from 9 am to 9 pm.
- Can we call if we have any concerns or questions during our stay?
- Our property manager is available during your stay for anything you need. You can contact us via email anytime too.
- Which months are recommended to have the heating system?
- We recommend heating the pool from October 31st to March 31st. But you can ask for heating all year round.

- Our property manager has some extras in stock. We recommend to ask as soon as you book if we have availability.

- When is trash pick up?
- Trash is picked up everyday in our homes. Please put all trash secured in 13 liter bags in the trash can/bench outside of the house before 7 am each day. Please close the can/bench properly to avoid animals having a food party!
